2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While our coaches and resources are designed to improve your productivity, skills, and confidence, Dissertation Collective does not guarantee specific academic outcomes such as acceptance of proposals, approval of drafts, passing defenses, or timely graduation. Success depends on your effort, institutional requirements, and external factors outside our control.
3. Payment & Billing
- Payments must be made in advance of services.
- Recurring services (such as monthly cohorts or memberships) will be billed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date billing information.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Use of Digital Products
All templates, guides, and digital products are for personal educational use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients. Any project details, personal information, or session notes shared with Dissertation Collective coaches are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed outside the coaching relationship, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dissertation Collective, its owners, and its coaches shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or resources. Clients assume full responsibility for their academic work and outcomes.
